Coaching for
Organizations & Companies
Relationships are just as big a part of our workplace as they are of our personal lives. It is our connection with our co-workers that pushes us to help them out, even if our own plate is, technically, full. It is our perception of feeling seen and heard by our superiors that pushes us to excel in our tasks. It is our level of belonging and connection that helps us resolve potential conflicts that arise.
Yet strengthening relationships, and increasing the conflict-resolution capabilities of employees, is rarely made a priority for most organizations. So many organizations miss out on the boosts to their workplace health, productivity, and happiness, by overlooking the importance of relationships.
This is where I come in.
My outlook is simple: I believe people who feel connected to their colleagues and superiors are more likely to be happy and productive. If these people are then also given tools with which to handle potential conflicts that arise, they will be a part of a healthy and happy work environment.
This is why I help organizations and companies do just that. I offer informative workshops for those who want to boost the competence of their employees in areas such as: effective communication, dialogue, and conflict resolution. I also offer targeted mediation support for workplaces where there is an ongoing conflict and external support is needed to come to a resolution. And, for those who want to experience true dialogue, and strengthen relationships among their team, I offer facilitated dialogue.

Workshops
My workshops are interactive and informative sessions with the purpose of increasing participant’s knowledge about and skills within, for example: conflict management, dialogue, and effective communication. These can be facilitated in-person or virtually (though I strongly recommend an in-person version) and length and content may vary, depending on the unique needs of your organization.
Mediation
I offer targeted conflict management or mediation for organizations that are currently experiencing an active conflict between two parties. The specifics of this process will vary depending on the situation itself.
Facilitated dialogue
Facilitated dialogue between 8-15 people with the purpose of deepening relationships and strengthening team cohesion. This process may be shorter or longer, depending on the needs of the people involved.
